Illbruck Elastic Foam FM330 is a 1-component gun foam with permanent elasticity. This PUR foam makes it possible to create durable and highly insulating airtight seals, even at joints that move intensively. It can be processed from -10 degrees Celsius.

Applications:

• Airtight construction: Illbruck construction foam is suitable for sealing expansion joints, connections of window and door frames, and pipe penetrations, especially in passive houses and energy-neutral homes.
• Acoustic insulation: When installing an HplusH Aerated Concrete (Gas Concrete) partition wall, good acoustic insulation is essential. Elastic Foam FM330 can be used to seal cracks and seams between the wall and the ceiling, preventing sound leaks.

Characteristics:

• Good adhesion to various surfaces such as aerated concrete, brick, plaster, concrete, metal and plastic.
• Shake the can of polyurethane foam vigorously for at least 20 seconds before use.
• Surfaces must be slightly moist, load-bearing, dust and grease-free.
• Porous surfaces can be pre-moistened if necessary.
• Elastic Foam FM330 can be painted over and finished with a layer of plaster.
